“La brecha tecnológica es la nueva forma de exclusión en la educación peruana y debemos entender que la infraestructura educativa, si bien es importante, no es la del fierro y cemento. Somos un país donde solo el 36% de los colegios tienen algún progreso tecnológico. Pero unos colegios tienen velocidad de internet, otros ni siquiera tienen instalación”, remarcó Paul Neira del Ben, experto en reforma del sistema educativo en el evento tecnológico Summit Tic Norte 2023.
La tercera condición tiene que ver con los recursos y la última condición es tener presente que una vez que se logra introducir en la institución educativa, el nuevo modelo genera ilusión en el cambio positivo. Un ecosistema de aprendizaje digital es la mejor alternativa para el desarrollo de un país.
WORKSHOPS. El Summit TIC Norte, también presentó escenarios donde se ejemplificaron simulaciones de ciberataques como la Sala de crisis de ciberseguridad donde la empresa Fortinet explicó a gerentes, CEO y altos funcionarios de las áreas de tecnologías de la información cómo deben actuar las empresas frente a un ataque a sus sistemas de información y de qué manera pueden proteger su data.
Así también se presentó el curso de certificación: “Diseño de Sistema de energía y climatización para centro de datos”, con el ponente Antonio Salas, gerente comercial de Elise y la certificación HikVision de parte de la empresa de soluciones de seguridad innovadoras.
INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL. Además, Fernando Grados y Walter Cabanillas disertaron sobre la importancia de aplicar la Inteligencia Artificial en las empresas a fin de estar a la vanguardia y afrontar así los retos actuales y del futuro de un competitivo mundo de los negocios.
Harold Dávila, arquitecto ingeniero de Sistemas de Fortinet, habló sobre el uso eficaz de la inteligencia artificial para acelerar la detección y respuesta de incidentes de ciberseguridad, considerando que la IA también puede ser utilizada de manera poco exitosa en el desarrollo de los sistemas de ciberseguridad de una empresa, si es que no se utiliza de forma adecuada.
“La IA ha avanzado mucho, pero no es perfecta, Hay parte de códigos que pueden estar aún con falencias y precisamente allí los atacantes aprovechan los errores de códigos. Se puede utilizar la IA para cosas muy buenas, pero también para hacer ataques sofisticados. La IA en el ámbito de ciberseguridad se encarga de entregar una información rápida con tácticas de redes neuronales que son asistentes de seguridad. Asimismo, permite contraatacar, dado que puede enviar información y soluciones de seguridad”, señaló.
